Actual equipment and video content introduce our safety systems, advanced technologies, designs, and more.

  • Large Display Zone (Employee interview videos)

    Through interviews with actual employees who work at our manufacturing plant, we introduce our products, technologies and the employees’ thoughts about daily work.

  • Reconstructed cab of Mitsubishi Electric’s first elevator

    This exhibit features a restored cab from the very first elevator manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric in 1935. Enter and enjoy the atmosphere of the time.

  • Innovation Zone

    This zone showcases the advanced technology and features of Mitsubishi elevators and includes a cutaway model of a traction machine.

  • Active Roller Guide experience

    A simulator lets you experience the technology that controls vibrations in high-speed elevators to ensure a comfortable ride.

  • Maintenance & Modernization Zone

    Proper maintenance and modernization are essential for elevators and escalators. This zone demonstrates the importance of maintenance and the benefits of modernization using actual equipment and video content.

  • Escalator Zone

    This exhibit features a skeleton escalator, revealing its internal structure. It also introduces safety features designed to prevent accidents.

2F: Building Management Systems Zone

This showroom is divided into four zones with different security levels and introduces products that are tailored to each level.

Level 1: Reception (Reception Zone)

Experience our Visitor Reception System, which automates everything from visitor reservation management to issuing access passes for streamlining reception tasks.

Level 2: Elevator Hall (Shared Zone)

Experience ELE-NAVI, which links the security gate and elevators to improve elevator operation efficiency (reducing wait times) based on the user’s destination floor.

Level 3: Office (Exclusive Zone)

This exhibit introduces access control systems such as card readers and fingerprint authentication devices, demonstrating their excellent security and operability.

Level 4: Control Room (Critical Zone)

This zone shows a variety of systems tailored to the size of the building. In addition to our Integrated Building Security System, it also introduces our Building Equipment Operation System that enhances energy conservation.
