Procurement Policy
We carry out procurement activities based on the Mitsubishi Electric Group Basic Procurement Policy.
1. Fairness
We open ourselves up, select suppliers fairly, and conduct honest transactions with them in compliance with social norms and law.
2. Trust
We involve suppliers in the development of products and build up win-win relationships with them in terms of quality, cost, technology, and other aspects.
3. Sustainability
With the aim of contributing to the preservation of the global environment and the creation of a more sustainable society, we promote joint activities with suppliers to help resolve social issues in accordance with two policies established by Mitsubishi Electric: the Environmental Vision and the Mitsubishi Electric Group Supply Chain Code of Conduct.
Sustainable Procurement
We are committed to promoting sustainable procurement based on the Mitsubishi Electric Group policies, including the Mitsubishi Electric Group Supply Chain Code of Conduct and the Green Procurement Standards.
