Whether you wish to mirror your current plan design, modify an existing program or introduce vision coverage as a new benefit, we will help you design a vision plan for your employees. Our programs offer an extensive network of participating vision care providers. Employees have the option to receive an examination with one provider and obtain corrective eye wear from a different provider. Programs also allow contact lens wearers an optional home delivery program that offers all major brands of contact lenses including disposable, and cosmetic color-enhancing contacts at significant savings.
Program services can be customized for your plan design to require no subscriber out-of-pocket expense or a fixed member co-pay. Plan co-pays are paid to the provider when services are rendered. Members that purchase products and services from network providers that exceed their plan's allowance simply pay the difference on either a wholesale or retail basis.
Programs can also allow members to receive benefits from out-of-network providers.
